| We are experiencing some problems with our support email accounts.
Some emails sent to us over the last week are slow to be delivered to our tracking system. We are reviewing the problem. Meanwhile you can use the support forums if you have an urgent issue.
I'll post here again when support email is back to normal. Sorry for the inconvenience.
