Do you have any plans to add SSL support? (both direct and starttls)

I'd also love to see more authentication options such as CRAM MD5, MSN, and NTLM.

A lot of our customers SMTP setups are getting more and more elaborate (because of spam) and these types of features are now required in order to diagnose them properly.

Yes, SSL support is planned and should be in the next release, version 1.6. The plan right now is to release 1.6 around the end of January / beginning of February time frame.
