In order to receive fast, accurate help, please follow the guidelines below when posting to the forums.

* Read the software's built-in help.
* Use a descriptive subject. Titles such as "A question," "Bug report" and "Help!" provide others no clue what your message is about. This is especially important for visitors who read the forum RSS feeds.
* Stay on topic when replying to existing messages.
* Please, only post questions directly related to SMTP Diagnostics in the "official" support forums. Posts that aren't about using SMTP Diagnostics will be removed.

[b][i]When Posting a Bug Report[/i][/b]:

* Include the version of SMTP Diagnostics you're using, and state whether you're using the trial or registered version
* Let us know the version of Windows you're using
* Provide the steps to reproduce the problem. If the bug involves an error message, state the exact text of the error
