The diagnostic completes as far as mail queued for delivery, but it just stays stuck in the queue forever. How can I make sure it leaves the building? This is a copy of the report. I'm on a windows XP sp2 machine on a small lan behind a firewall with port 25 open. My local firewall in windows XP is disabled.

A couple of thoughts come to mind. Can you ping the mail server at sgiims.com from your mail machine (localhost according to the log)? Is the mail server at localhost configured to relay emails? Is the destination mail server (at sgiims.com) configured to perform a reserve DNS lookup or take some other action that would prevent it from receiving the mail from the queue?

Based on the report you included your mail client is configured correctly to send mail to the localhost. If I had to guess I would say the mail server at localhost has not been configured to relay the queued mail.
